Specifics:
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident of U.S. and a high school senior who will matriculate full-time at a U.S. accredited four-year college or university at the beginning of Fall 2011. Applicant must have demonstrated leadership abilities through participating in community services or other extra curricular activities. Combined adjusted income of the parents cannot exceed $100,000.
